Reflection Moment:

1). Would you do this if you could? Is it art to you? WHy?

No, I wouldn't do this if i could because I would use other easier ways that have similar appearance instead of puking the color out. For example, I would drink the color and keep it in my mouth first, then by squeezing my cheek and let the color spurt out randomly. Yes, it is art to me because the conception of Millie Brown's art is really close to abstract art that everything in her art is non-figurative but with vivid color. Millie Brown's dramatic expression reminds me of one of Josef Albers's famous art works called "Homage To The Square", 1963. Unlike Millie, Alber painted this abstract work precisely and simply, but it's actually telling about the relationship between humanity and nature. Because of Millie's great enthusiasm, i think the process of Millie's artworks is the most artistic and valuable part.

2). WOuld her unique way of making art add to the artwork's value? WHy? or Why not?

        - Yes, her unique way of making art would add to the artwork's value because puking out an artwork is the most impossible way for general people to think of when creating an art. Millie tries to emphasize how she was born to do art by forcing herself to puke the colors, such spirit can be more worthy than her artworks. By looking at Millie's works, I can feel the efforts and difficulties during the process of creating the works and that's the most valuable thing that the artist wanted to present.

3). If you had to have one of her works, where would you hang it?

        - I would hang it on the wall in my living room because the form of abstract art conveys a relaxing vibe while adding the sense of colorful in the living room. Each of Millie's work contains varieties of colors which include vibrant tone, soft contrast, or mixing colors. Choosing certain tones of works can affect the whole atmosphere in different rooms because the colors that people perceive can vary their feelings psychologically. As a result, I would probabaly choose a more simple work because it can make my living room feel more kempt and organized.
